Terms
Using This Website
This website provides information about pharmacy products and services and allows customers to submit orders. These terms explain the conditions that apply when you use the website or place an order.
Product descriptions and other information are provided for general information. Although reasonable care is taken to keep content accurate and current, errors or omissions may occur. Product availability and website content may change.
Medicines and Professional Advice
Information on this website does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Ask a healthcare professional whether a product is suitable for you, particularly if you have a medical condition, take other medicines, are pregnant or are breastfeeding. Follow the instructions of your doctor and the package leaflet.
Prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription and pharmacist review before they can be dispensed. Submitting an order does not guarantee that a medicine will be supplied. Additional information may be needed to confirm that dispensing is appropriate.
Purchases and Charges
Check the products, quantities, delivery details and total cost before submitting an order. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods are shown before you complete your purchase.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request, not acceptance or approval to dispense. Orders remain subject to product availability, payment verification and any required prescription checks. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed, and any payment collected for unfulfilled items will be refunded within the period set by applicable law.
Shipping Your Order
Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery periods are as stated at checkout. Further information is available on the Delivery page. An estimated arrival is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Prescription checks, stock availability, weather, carrier disruptions and other circumstances may delay dispatch or delivery. Contact us if your parcel has not arrived within the delivery period stated at checkout. Any rights you have concerning delayed or undelivered orders remain unaffected.
Problems with Your Parcel
Check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, contains incorrect products or is missing items, contact us using the details on the Contact page. Provide your order reference and a description of the problem. Photographs of the packaging and affected items may help us investigate.
Keep the packaging and affected products until you receive instructions. Do not use a product that appears damaged, has a broken seal or does not match your order. Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be arranged, subject to applicable law.
Sending Products Back
Contact us before returning any product so that suitable handling instructions can be provided. Medicines require special handling, and returns may be restricted for safety reasons. A returned medicine cannot be assumed suitable for resale.
Eligibility for cancellation, return or refund depends on the product, the circumstances and applicable law. Make any request within the period set by applicable law. Approved refunds will be processed within that period. These conditions do not remove your rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
Your Account and Products
When using the website or placing an order, you are responsible for the following:
- Providing accurate, complete and current contact, delivery, payment and relevant health information.
- Providing valid prescription information where required and responding accurately to questions from the pharmacy.
- Ordering products for your own personal use, not for resale or sharing with others.
- Keeping account credentials, order references and order communications secure.
- Following storage instructions and keeping medicines out of the reach of children.
Responsibility and Your Rights
You are responsible for using products as directed and seeking professional advice when needed. The pharmacy remains responsible for its own obligations relating to the products and services it supplies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of a failure to meet those obligations. The pharmacy is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information you provide, misuse of products or unauthorised sharing of your account details.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is not permitted by applicable law, or removes any consumer rights or remedies available to you.
